Please join us in announcing our next Wolfpack Ambassador spotlight, Liz Trout! Liz comes to us from Hatfield and she joined the pack as a founding member when the studio opened in September, 2022. She spotted the studio sign just driving by and started following Wolfpack on Instagram. Since walking in that first day, she has found her favorite class to be our Power 30 on the bike with optional core work on the mat afterwards. (She asked us to put out a PSA here that she'd love more of her Wolfpack friends to join her!) She also loves the cycle theme rides with her favorite elements being the music, the darkness, the candles, and riding next to her Wolfpack bestie, Ruchi (@ruchio89). Liz is often here on weekend mornings and 1-2 weekday evenings a week. We asked Liz what she might say to anyone who is thinking about trying Wolfpack for the first time and her response was, "I hadn't worked out regularly in 5 years so I was nervous, especially because I had only tried indoor cycling 1-2x and never did strength training before. However, on my first class, the co-owner, Julie, introduced herself immediately. It was a warm and welcoming experience. My first class was a 45-minute cycling class which, now looking back, I might recommend starting out with a hybrid class to get the best of both worlds. That first class was very difficult but just yesterday I did 45 minutes of cycling and my body is now stronger for those fuller class." She also went on to say, "There is no judgement, only empowerment and strength. Julie (@julpags) and Meg (@life__artist) also make me laugh each and every day! They and their studio are addicting! Thank you for changing my life, Wolfpack!”
